My partner, Gavan, and I bring a combined experience of six years in fitness, coaching, and lifestyle change. Through rigorous training, dedication, and real-world challenges, we transformed our own lives — and now, we have the skills, knowledge, and passion to help you do the same.

My name is Gavan Crosby. I had a rough start in 6th grade, but things began to shift when I got into fitness. Before I moved across the state, I had just started working out. In 7th grade, I got into it more and more, and over time it started to feel like an addiction—I loved it.
I stuck with it all the way through 9th grade, but during that time I felt like I was going in circles. No matter how hard I tried to build myself up, nothing ever seemed to work. I felt stuck.
Eventually, I got into wrestling and started taking lifting more seriously. That’s when real progress started to happen. My journey from being a scrawny kid who was just skin and bone to who I am today is something I take pride in. Now I want to share that with others who are ready to make a change in their own lives.
At 14 I made a life-altering decision I walked away from the thing that had defined my entire childhood: sports. For years, I had poured everything into the game, dedicating hours to practice and striving to be the best. But stepping away left a void I didn’t know how to fill. That’s when I found the gym. At first, it was just a place to stay active ,but lifting soon became so much more. The impact it had on both my body and my mind was something I had never experienced before. I learned to push through mental and physical barriers, to get comfortable being uncomfortable, and to fall in love with the process of growth. In that journey, I didn’t just build strength . I found clarity, confidence, and a deep passion to help others transform their own lives through fitness. Coaching isn’t just about sets and reps — it’s about showing people the strength they’ve always had but never tapped into. Through Peak Performance Coaching, I’m here to guide that process.
